Minimum 3hour booking (including setup and pack up).
We are open to discussing cheaper ongoing hire rates with shorter minimum booking times, for dance classes, after school tuition, etc.

Frequently asked questions:
1. I want to hire your hall. How can I do this?
Please send us an email at bookings@darebinpc.com.au. Please include some details about:
a. the purpose of the hire,
b. when and for how long you wish to hire the space,
c. whether the hire is a once off hire, or reoccurring,
d. whether the hire is personal or business use,
e. how many people you anticipate attending the hall during your hire period.
Someone will respond to your email and get in contact with you.
2. How can I access the hall?
Once a Hall Hire Agreement has been entered into and the bond paid, you will be provided with a code (e.g. 12345*). The code is to be typed into the electronic keypad located on the door of the hall. The code will open the door. The code will only work during your allocated hire time.
3. Can I have a tour of the hall before entering into a Hall Hire Agreement?
Yes. We highly recommend you come and take a look at the site before entering into any agreement. This way you know exactly what is on offer and we can get to know you, and you us.
4. What is available for hire?
i) The hall. This includes a large room (approx. 15.8m long and 11m wide) with wooden floors and high ceilings. There is also access to a small kitchen, the toilet area and a small foyer area and the courtyard/backyard area.

5. What is the building’s capacity?
Hall: 160people. The space is 173.8m2
6. Is the hall and church building accessibility friendly?
Yes, we have a ramp at the front of the property so wheelchairs, prams or other like items can be used to ensure all people can access the church building and hall.
We also have an accessible toilet on site.
7. How many toilets are there?
We have five toilets (gender neutral) with one of these toilets being an accessible toilet.
8. Am I required to clean the hall after use and bring my own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we expect you to leave the hall in the same condition in which you found it. This includes emptying the bins, doing the dishes, cleaning the toilets, cleaning the floors and putting any tables and chairs used back where you found them.
Any waste which exceeds the capacity of existing bins must be removed by the Hirer and NOT left behind.
Cleaning products and equipment will be provided.
9. Is there any parking available?
There is on-street parking available out the front of the property on Rossmoyne street, including approximately 6 angled car spaces. There is also on-street parking on the surrounding streets.
The property is also very close to the 86 tram that travels along High Street and Plenty Road, and walking distance from Thornbury train station.
10. Who do I contact if I have any questions?
After emailing us at bookings@darebinpc.com.au, you will be contacted by someone, and that person will be your contact person for your enquiry and then Hall Hire Agreement, if one eventuates.
